BREKFISH Blues Dip
Ingredients:
1 package of BREKFISH Salmon Bacon
(heated as directed on package) cooled & chopped.
1 lb. of softened cream cheese
3 tbsp. of prepared horseradish
3 oz. crumbled blue cheese
1/4 cup fresh scallions, chopped
1/2 cup of milk

Preparation:
Blend cream cheese and milk until smooth,
Stir in chopped BREKFISH Salmon Bacon,
horseradish, blue cheese and scallions.
Serve with flatbread, veggies or bagel crisps.
